1 When entering information about the problem you are having, please be sure to explain in detail what was being done at the time of the error, steps necessary to re-create the problem, a list of programs running at the time, and the frequency of the occurrence. 2 Think carefully before setting the priority of your claim. "My mouse jumps across the screen randomly" or "My network connection is slow" are not as important as "There is a burning smell coming from my machine." or "I'm getting blue screens." |
