Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Support desktop PCs, network fileservers, email, web, and remote access servers of all types of software, and custom client applications.  Provide Internet technology support and other IT related services. 
• Client network systems support is performed at client locations throughout the Tucson and Southern Arizona area. Daily travel to client locations is required. The ability to multitask and work responsibly under pressure while providing outstanding customer service are absolute requirements of this position.   The ability to handle diverse situations on a daily basis is essential, as is the flexibility to work extended hours as required.

This position requires strong technical and people skills and a flexible schedule. The successful candidate will be able to "think outside the box".  This is not a position for those desiring to work at the same office everyday.  Our technicians travel from our office directly to customer sites as scheduled with the customer.  The prescribed installations and/or maintenance is performed on customer-owned equipment. Required paperwork is to be completed and submitted on a daily basis. Any required parts and/or follow up are handled by the individual and the scheduler.
